Within this multi-platform environment, effective system management is achieved through a combination of DCE and Encina tools, including the DCE Distributed File System (DFS). Decorum attendees can explore the Trader Demo in three sections: the trading room floor, where six NT clients will be on display for user input such as executing trades, getting information about stocks, etc.; the System Administration Area which highlights Encina Console and DFS at work; and a discussion area where a large monitor displays system statistics, including system vload, ticker with stock prices, etc. The Product Demonstration Center will be open on Wednesday, February 28 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, complete with an opening reception, and Thursday, Februrary 29 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
