Netatalk was developed here at UM. It run on several Unix platforms, and
interfaces both to standard UFS and to AFS. The version currently available
operates on Appletalk Phase 1. We expect to have a beta version for Phase 2
available late this month or early September.
You can get the current version via anonymous ftp to citi.umich.edu or
via AFS in /afs/umich.edu/group/itd/citi/public/netatalk (this path works
for either access method).
There is a README file, which includes instructions on joining the
netatalk-admins mailing list. Feel free to contact me if you need more
info.
