Site contacts, The Transarc training department is pleased to offer an AFS System Adminsitrators class to be held in Boca Raton, Florida on Monday, January 18 through Wednesday, January 20. This class will be held 3 days prior to the AFS User Group (Jan. 21 & 22), again in Boca Raton. The class is a full three days of lecture and question and answer periods, from 8:30 until 5:00 each day. Prerequisites for the course are familiarity with UNIX system administration and a user-level knowledge of AFS. It is also recommended that you have experience installing an AFS fileserver or preferably an AFS cell following the instructions found in the "AFS Installation Guide".
