AFS availability

I am interested in the availability of AFS for SunOS4.1.1.  

  o  Is AFS available (even an older version will do) in source form?
  o  Is AFS available in binary form for SunOS4.1.1?
  o  What is the price of each of these products?

Where can I find documentation on the technical characteristics and
design philosophy behind AFS?  Is there a white-paper describing it?
