AFS backup

Lately when running the afs backup program and doing a scantape
i get the following message, then an abort;

error 156566287 in skipping volume data

can anyone give me an idea what's happening ???


ALSO

can anyone suggest some accurate values for tape capacity and EOF marker
size for the DEC TLZ04, 4mm tape ??
