I seriously need to consider how to integrate Model 220 in the AFS picture. They are obviously clients. But the models we have been using are used as dataless stations. It seems ludicrous to use NFS to boot them and AFS to serve them. What can you advise? In a similar vein, AIX 323 is full of PTF (fixes) that need propagating. Can the package and clone volumes be adapted to automatically upgrade a server. If this has been done, can someone contact me for details. Tks all, Roch Leduc, Systems analyst.
