In the Rx Programmer's Reference, it states:
One topic related to Rx will not be covered by this
document, namely the Rxgen stub generator. Rather,
rxgen is addressed in a separate document.
I've hunted for the "separate document" on rxgen around
grand.central.org to no avail. Any pointers to the whereabouts
of this document are greatly appreciated.
