Looking for a UNIX file system...

We are looking for a file system that will run on SUNs that:

        Support a file of more than 2Gb, max target is 6Gb

        Spans disk drives without the use of RAID (too slow...)

        Addressable by Sybase which means it looks like a Hardware
        Device

Will AFS do the job?  DFS?  XYZ?

This is quite important for a MAJOR Sybase application that we are
'downsizing' from DB2...
