We have about 100 Gig on our Cray diskfarms running UNICOS 6.1.5 (SysV
based UNIX flavor); about 70% of this is in one filesystem as working
/usr/tmp. Maximum file size is set at 34*10^9 Bytes (so says the
documentation--we discourage such large filesizes as being impractical to
back up).
