Is there a way for a program to set the quota of a volume
given the volume name or ID? It seems that the only interface
is via a pioctl, which takes a file path name. Since the
quota is a volume-related quantity, I would expect a simple
interface to set it for a particular volume name or ID.
Alternatively, is there a way to map a volume name or ID to
the path where it is mounted? That info doesn't seem
to be kept in the VLDB.
