Can't comment on 3.2, since we started with 3.3beta in December - never
had 3.2.  I tried for months to get our news server running reliably
under 3.3, but it was too slow to use to serve NNTP to readers
and it couldn't keep up with the feeds either.  This was probably
my biggest disappointment with AFS, but if it was possible to get 
it to work under 3.2, perhaps it's something that Transarc can fix (hint
hint).
