AFS Users: We are just beginning our planning for Decorum '95, and I would like to get some input from our users. Decorum '95 will be a three-day conference focussed on the implementation of client/server computing solutions using AFS, DCE, DFS, and Encina. It will be held in early February in La Jolla, California. More details about the conference will be provided later. We plan to send a number of Customer Support Specialists to Decorum'95 to present talks on our products. On the AFS and DFS side, I would like to hear from you regarding the kind of talks you would like us to present. There will be a call for participation at a later date to get volunteers for talks from our users; right now, I am trying to decide which talks would be useful for Customer Support and Development at Transarc to present. In past AFS Users' Groups and in last year's Decorum, Customer Support and Development presented talks on debugging techniques, migration from AFS to DFS, technical discussions of AFS internals, and question/answer sessions with developers. Are these the kinds of talks you want us to have again? Do you have specific topics you want us to address? How technical do you want our presentations to be? Please send any suggestions/comments you have to me directly. Don't send them to the info-afs mailing list. Thanks, Liz Hines Director of Product Support Transarc Corporation
