klog slow to authenticate

hello,

got a question about klog authenticating users with multiple file servers
and single kas and pts servers...

since adding our second file server machine, klog runs very SLOW, where
SLOW = ~14-17~ seconds, even when using the -servers option to klog.

it's not always slow, but more often than not.

anybody got any explanations, ideas, or solutions ??

should we run multiple kas and/or pts servers too ?

we are a small site with two servers and 10 clients.
