What do the clients have in CellServDB?  You need to be running
kaserver on all your DB servers in the clients' CellServDB files.

If your second server is not a database server, then it should not
be in the client CellServDB.

If the second server is NOT in the client CellServDB, and klog is
still giving you these timeouts, then there might be a real problem
here.
