AFS aware version of rdist command

   Does anyone have an AFS aware source/patch for either rcp, rsh, rlogin, 
or rdist? We want to fix our rdist so that it can send token over to 
the remote machine for AFS authentication. These four commands should use
the same mechanism for sending tokens. Thanks in advance!
