You could checkout my kftgt/kftgtd program on my Stanford home page:

Its not exactly what you want but you might be able to use it as
a starting point. What it does is securely forward your TGT (you must
be using the AFS Kerberos server) to a remote host, at which point
you can run aklog. In the case of rcp/rdist/rsh though you might want
to just forward an AFS token (delegating access only to your files) 
rather then sending a TGT. I created kftgt/kftgtd rather then hacking
up each program (telnet, rlogin) and just created a wrapper that calls
kftgt then rlogin -x....
