Hello all,
SAS is running the AFS 3.4a 5.63 client on HPUX 10.20, model C3000. We have seen
machines become completely unresponsive, including no response on the serial console.
Several crash dump analyses pointed to the built-in PCI lan driver (btlan3). Others
indicated an HPMC. HP has been examining failed systems for some time. The current HP
thinking is that AFS is a factor under high network load.
My question to the group -- anyone else seeing similar problems on HP C3000s? Other
platforms?
