Dan,

I'm probibly too late, but we run hundreds of HP-UX 10.20 boxes with
3.4a 5.77, with no problems (now). You might make sure you are using
the libafs-nonfs.a driver, which disables the AFS/NFS translator; There
are major problems with using a patched NFS core in HP-UX 10.20 and the
normal libafs.a driver.

The test case for us, was to simply access the client machines nfs
server. That would kill ours everytime.

The more I think about it, I do beleave we had HPMC's on our C3000's
before we switched to the libafs-nonfs.a driver. That's probibly your
problem. And FYI: It's mostly HP's fault for trampiling AFS's kernel
memory, but hey, they own the land. :)

Cheers!
