Disk Caching

Hello,
I have a question regarding AFS for NT v.3.5 (build 32).  Is the disk 
caching scheme the same as in the Unix version?  More specifically, does 
the cached data survive reboots?   If not, is there any chance that later 
revisions (i.e. v.3.6) have this functionality?
