Sorry, I see the problem now.  info-afs just received a duplicate
of your Oct 10 announcement.  I didn't recognize it as a duplicate
and went to afs-contrib looking for another new version.

Analysis of the headers in the duplicate show it was regurgitated
back to info-afs from aexp.com.  Can the list manager please filter
this from happening?
