Re: Indy hangs when starting programs from AFS

Under IRIX 6.5.7, SGI patch 3992, allows us to run binaries
out of AFS without disabling the R5000 Rev. 1.x workaround.

Transarc should know about this.  Since we worked with them on it under
TR-58834.

The fix, I believe is standard issue in IRIX 6.5.9 and above.
