Yup!  All patches (whether bug fixes or new features) should be sent
to [EMAIL PROTECTED]  I apologize in advance for the delay there may be
in getting a response -- it's only because we're short on time and
long on patch queue.  

You do not need to be a member of bug-cvs to send mail to it, we will
reach you via your personal email address.
