Greg does not set a good example of netiquette, but let's not forget that 
he's actually made contributions to the CVS development effort and is a 
member of the CVS development team (look at the developers page at 
cyclic.com). Although he writes intemperately, he probably does understand 
the goals of CVS better than most on this list replying to heat with heat 
will not increase the signal-to-noise ratio on this list.
