I have a group that wants to use CVS with strict locking of some files.
 If I checkout a group of filed as read only, though.  And then I
proceed to run:

 cvs admin -l
 cvs edit
 vi blahblahblah
 cvs commit
 cvs unedit

the permissions leave the file editable!  I think this is because
commit clears the watch and doesn't rechmod it.  When unedit gets to
it, it doesn't know it's supposed to be read only... Yes?  Anyone have
a fix?
