Hi

For historical reason's I'm stuck in a situation where there
is a single project directory in which multiple user's edit files.

I converted this directory tree from SCCS to CVS but need to be
able to edit files in a fashion similar to SCCS.  Namely,
I need to be able to cvs edit a file that some one else owns.

Is there a straight forward way to do this in CVS?
