There is a seperate mailing list for CVS NT (Tony Hoyle's).  You may wish to
visit his web site (http://www.cvsnt.com), and subscribe.  He also posted a
new version of CVS NT which "opens files as binary by default", which should
mean that "you can copy a unix repository to NT" (quotes a re paraphrased by
me).
