Mostly Solaris, but we also use Linux, HP-UX, AIX, Tru64, and IRIX.

Lots of versions of AFS from the unofficial contrib client based on 3.3 up
to the current version of AFS 3.6.  I've never used Arla; I know some
people here who do with some success, but it's not as reliable.

Yup, although cvs release -d won't work if the top level directory you're
trying to remove is a mount point (for somewhat obvious reasons.
