Certainly not.  Not all of my work is "sanctioned", nor
is all of it "officially supported", however...

So, what you are telling me is that you do the work
of 4 people for the price of 1.  I do hope that they
pay you the salary of 4 people, and not the salary for
just 1.  Then again, I suppose that $$$'s are not the
only "payment" that a company can make, there's work
conditions, vacation, etc, etc...

If it's your budget, make room for it.  If it is not, make
someone else make room for it.
