Hi,

While I was studying our repository, I noticed that the files with
problems to checkout all have this pattern:

1.3
date    2000.05.10.00.54.26;    author craig;   state Exp;
branches;
next    1.2;
owner   1104; ############################
group   1001; ############################
permissions     666; ######################
hardlinks       @CreateAccount.py@      @CreateAccount.py@; #####

Besides punching my colleague, Craig, in the face:-), can anyone offer me
some advice to fix this situation? thanks and sorry for bringing up these
rookie questions.

Subject: owner not match

Hi,

some users in our group reported that they got this msg, while
checking out modules from our repository:

>cvs checkout: could not change owner or group of CreateAccount.py: Not
>owner
>U MakeLive/CreateAccount.py

even though, you can still check it out, you can't commit anything. I
suspect that some user might have accidentally gone into the repo and
messed up the ownership there... I would appreciate any confirmation or
advice on this.

regards,
