Here's a third party product for NT ssh:

I'm assuming rsh is out of the question.  If not MKS (blech!) provides one.

I would have done that if Windows(95/98/NT) came with an equivalent of
`ssh'.  I'm no Windows expert, but as far as I can tell it doesn't.  I
would gladly be shown to be wrong though.
