WinCvs 1.1b13 problem

Hi,

I think there is a bug in WinCvs 1.1b13 (don't know if it's been
there in earlier versions):

I once closed the Workspace-Window using the little [x] button
at the top. Since then, WinCvs always starts without the Workspace
window and I always have to open it manually. Saving settings 
does not help.

Am I missing something?
