For all the current 1.1b13 users - if it happen to you, please:
1. Open "regedit.exe"
2. Find the key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\WinCvs\wincvs\Bar State-Bar7
3. REMOVE it.
The workspace should be back....
