Neither GNU nor the FSF have very much to do with CVS other than
graciously hosting the mailing lists and distributing the software.  The
comments were not facetious -- CVS, which is what this mailing list
focuses on, is a command-line utility that doesn't seem to have any of
the problems you were mentioning (I won't say "reporting" since you
didn't provide nearly enough information for anyone to really do
anything about them).  WinCVS is a completely separate (though related)
product.  Now that you've clarified your problems, perhaps someone will
be able to help you.
