Well, apparently that makes for the Server to overwrite Client non-ignores,
meaning that it becomes a Repository issue whether some CVS Admin lets
in file like *.o *~ etc.
This, IMO, is a Good Thing (TM), as local CVS does it same way.

Really, either we have both Local and Client/Server act the same
(above scheme), or we get rid of the Repository .cvsignore file
completely...

Bet, the latter is not wanted by the people. (Or is it???)
