This one, at least sounds great. Gets rid of the extra administration.
Although, it sounds kinda hard with the cvspasswd utility not included
in the contrib... Can we add it?

Hmmm.... I'm not too sure whether this is a Good Thing (tm).
But then again, you don't have to use the feature :)

So, I'ld suggest to include it anyways. As long as the pserver section
talks about it, it should be fine (assuming it doesn't break old
the structure *evilgrin*).
