You can't use CVS without logging in *somehow* -- either logging in to
the local machine to use it in local mode, logging in with rsh to use
server mode, logging in to CVS to use pserver mode, or logging in with
Kerberos to use kserver mode. You need to be more explicit about what
it is you want to do.
