Not that I know of.  There should be an rlog command to do that, but
it's never been implemented.  (There used to be an rlog command that
did something completely different, but it's been deprecated for a long
time now, so if anyone is looking for a project to do....)

It seems to me that rtag should be able to do that.  I'd call the
existing behavior a bug.
