We migrated from SCCS to CVS with only minor problems. We had a time
skew problem so a later revision actually had an earlier date. RCS
won't allow this so I had to manually fix this. Apparently, there are
some special features of SCCS that won't migrate but we weren't using
those so there was no problem.
