Commitinfo params wrong

I have a pre commit check program, and its was working fine, but now its 
is being called with less params then before, only repository dir is 
send to the program, without any file name. I'm using CVSNT 2.0.14.0 
under Windows XP Professional. There are any change in this version of 
CVS? How I can fix it?
