If you have a binary GNU info installed but your local CVS manual isn't
installed correctly, and you have a copy of the CVS source handy, you
can access the info manual like so:
info --directory=cvs-1.11.14/src --file=cvs.info
of course, the info file is built from the same source the HTML manual
is, so it might be easier for you just to browse the online manual:
