I thought I had this down path but my memory elludes me right now. I'm trying to tag the HEAD of a repository with the following
> cvs rtag -D "2004-Apr-01 11:00:00 EST" -r HEAD my_repos I get "Can't parse date/time". Notes and books tell me this is the correct syntax, but apparently not. What is it?
