I think it's more likely a problem with your messages getting out. I had a quick look at the archives, http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/info-cvs/2004-09/index.html, and didn't see anything from you in September. Another possibility might be the MIME encoding - some people on this list don't read MIME-encoded messages (not everyone uses a GUI mail client ;-). Try asking your questions again, and post using plain text only.
