I did some tests, it seems you are right. Regardless if a tag is
TEST-2:1.2.2
or
TEST-1:1.2.0.2
in the RCS file, it seems ViewCVS recognizes it correctly as a branch.
At least that part works. Cool. ;)

Well, I had already uses this for an old project of mine. Anyway, that
one did not have any branch. As I knew about that difference, I was not
sure if ViewCVS and others behave correctly.
