Walton, 4D Video The purpose of this group is to provide a forum for scientists and engineers practicing in the field of high-speed and ultra-high-speed photography/videography, and photonics. The group examines issues of interest to those working in the field of applied photo-instrumentation. This year, our meeting will begin with the annual business meeting of the Technical Group. This will include an invitation to the 24th International Congress on High-Speed Photography and Photonics which will be held in Sendai, Japan in September 2000. The Capture, Analysis and Display of Image Sequences. Following the business meeting, an informal meeting will be held for those interested in the Capture, Analysis and Display of Image Sequences.
