Unfortunately I try and answer all of the requests as fast as I can and stay till all hours of the night.  Sometimes I just stay at school until the problems are fixed because I know that the teachers whose internet does not work and they cannot get their daughter's famous stew recipe is my number one concern and I should drop all other tasks.  OUCH.....someone just pinched me and woke me up.  That seems to be the feeling of mist teachers.  I do like Jon's theory though.  I will have to write that down and post it for the teachers.........     Mike Michael A.
