Here is the Workshop info sent to me from Brent. The workshop is scheduled for the Sioux Center site. You and your people are welcome to attend. I will more details out when I get a flyer made. I just want to give you all a heads up. Apple cordially invites you to attend a full-day, in-depth technical seminar on system imaging and deployment. This seminar will focus on the use of DeployStudio and InstaDMG as alternatives to NetRestore. The first half of the day will be devoted to learning: How to install and setup a DeployStudio Server How to create NetBoot sets with DeployStudio How to create disk images with DeployStudio or InstaDMG How to boot multiple Macs from a single server using a NetBoot set created with DeployStudio How to restore Macs from a server-based disk image using DeployStudio Best practices for creating and implementing software packages for use with InstaDMG The second half of the day will be devoted to hands on with DeployStudio and InstaDMG. If you wish to participate in the hands-on session you will need to bring two Mac laptops that can be erased and setup as OS X 10.5 client and server, a 10/100/1000baseT Ethernet switch and Ethernet cables. OS X 10.5, OS X 10.5 server, DeployStudio and InstaDMG will be provided.
