The Iowa Educators Consortium, IEC, and Softchoice (formerly Software Plus) are working with the Claims Administrator to resolve licensing issues for products purchased through the IEC. If you received the letter mentioned above and you purchased your licenses through the IEC, your claim is being reviewed by the Claims Administrator. You will receive a letter in 3-4 weeks regarding the new status of your claim. No action is necessary until you receive the next letter from the Microsoft Settlement Claims Administrator. If you have additional questions regarding your claim, contact the Claims Administrator as noted in the letter.
