Crap Cleaner (that's what ccleaner was first called) works awesome if
you are not able to re-image for whatever reason. I used that software a
bunch in a previous life fixing personal PCs that obviously couldn't
just be re-imaged. You can also schedule it to run automatically and
silently. I also believe there is a portable version that could run off
of a thumb drive if you allow such things.

What do you guys all do for computer clean up.  I had a teacher come
into today asking if we could buy a registry cleaner for all the
computers because they are so slow.  Want to know what you guys do for
something like that part.
