We used Motorola 25 Mb units to connect our Newell and Fonda buildings this last year, and they worked awesome. Might be overkill for 150 yards. I do still have the old Cisco Aeronet (sp?) 11 Mb units we took out and replaced with the Motorola radios. I have the wireless units and the antennas. Want 'em?
