We had just the copper pairs and then Lan Extenders. Worked good. I don't use them anymore (since Supt lives right beside school now) and have at least 2 pairs. Our local library at one time ran thru us as well so I also have them. They worked great and we didn't have to do anything special. Just had the Telco lease us 2 dry pair between the buildings.
